Sub-standard Recruitment Centers & HRs In Bangalore !

The job consultancies in the fields of IT and ITES are in a very poor shape in the Silicon Valley of India, Bangalore. Most of  these agencies employ fresh, inexperienced hands, paying very low to recruit people into the industry and these novices make a mockery of the job they are doing by evaluating people in the nastiest ways possible and selecting only those people who are almost equal to the standard( I think its " sub-standard" not 'standard ) of these petty recruiters!

Hence, the quality of the people, mostly those who get into the BPO sector, is abysimal as the managements of these recruiting centres have an " Illicit Nexus" with the recruiting people in some of the companies, degrading the quality of work; and in Time this results in deffeciancy and later the termination of the process, from the client's side! And, it is shocking to see that a lot of the so-called HR People of this messy consultancies major themselves into the HRs of BPOs, by influencing people who come over into the consultancies to recruit , by hook or by crook! And its been going on for years with nobody noticing!!!
